Martha Stewart Best Quick Pancakes

12 ounces flour

2 Tablespoons baking powder

1 ½ teaspoons salt

¼ cup sugar

3 eggs, slightly beaten

3 cups milk (Substitute: 1 c powdered milk + enough water to = 1 lb 8 oz)

6 Tablespoons butter, melted

Mix wet.  Mix dry separately. Add dry to wet.  Barely mix & ladle onto skillet.
