2 cups cooked, cubed chicken (no fat, skin, or gristle)
2 cups diced celery
2 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup (can) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup (can) cream of chicken or celery soup
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
Mix together and put in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 F oven for 1 hour.
