Tuna Puff Sandwiches

Combine:

1  7oz can of tuna, drained

1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard

1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup mayonaise

1 1/2 Tbsp grated onion (optional)

2 Tbsp chopped green pepper (optional)

Pile tuna mixture on lightly toasted split hamburger buns.  Top each with a tomato slice.

Blend:

1/2 cup mayonaise

1/4 cups finely shredded cheddar or American cheese

Broil 4 inches from heat until topping puffs and browns.  This should take a 2-4 minutes.  Watch.
