Tuna Stuffing Cakes

2 cans tuna, drained and flaked

1 package stove top stuffing mix for chicken

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3/4 cup water

1 carrot, shredded

1/3 cup mayonaise

2 Tbsp relish

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 10 minutes.  Melt 3 Tbsp butter with vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.  Add tuna patties and cook until golden brown on both sides.
