Pineapple Blender Mask

Found this recipe by Brenda Brock in Better Homes and Gardens magazine.  Enzymes in the fruit feed your face and help with dry patches.  Uses herbs from the garden.

2/3 c pineapple chunks, drained (fresh is best, but organic canned is fine)

1/4 c oil – soy, avocado, almond, or olive oils

1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped

sprigs of mint, chopped

Blend:  pineapple and oil in blender til almost smooth. Add parsley and mint.  Pulse but don’t liquify.

Apply to face with fingers.  Leave on for 15 minutes.  Rinse.

Store in airtight jar in fridge for up to 4 days.
