Bran Cranberry Muffins

Wheat Bran Cranberry Muffin1/2 cup white flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup wheat bran

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped big

1 cup dried cranberries

1 egg

1/2 cup milk or buttermilk

1 cup orange juice

1/3 cup oil

Mix: egg, milk, juice, oil.

Add: flours, bran, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nuts, cranberries.

Mix wet and dry just until combined.  Pour into greased or papered muffin tin.

Bake at 350F for about 15-20 minutes, depending on size of muffin tin.  Remove from pan to cool after cooking.
